FICHP founded

( friends of the intangible culture heritage protection, a nonprofit & and nongovernmental association)

as the development of the modern civilization, lots of the human’s achievements （especially the intangible heritage）are dying ,maybe without being noticed and protected few years later nobody can see them any more,

one reason is because of the inconvenient transportation, some of them till today is hard to be known by the outside people ;

another is because they are too depended on the hands and till now they could not be made in bulk to get more profit, the artisans who make a living on them have to change their way for living to support their family ;

the third is because the art is too difficult to learn and hard to make the people who make a living on them be rich shortly, so they are lack of successor ;

the fourth reason is because the coming of the western civilization, more and more Chinese people like to chase the western things but ignore the traditional things.

But we believe the things represent one nation are the things belong to the whole world, for that is why one nation is different from the others, and we have the responsibility to protect them and let them be succeeded generation after generation.


We need more people know them and give a hand to us!
